We’ve all seen loved ones or neighbors face a sudden household issue—like a spike in the heating bill or a mysterious wall stain—and feel completely at the mercy of guesswork. QuickScope - Terms of Service & Liability Waiver

By booking a service with QuickScope Thermal Imaging, you (the Client) explicitly agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Informational & Visual Scope Only

QuickScope provides surface-level infrared thermography mapping using consumer/prosumer FLIR hardware. This service is purely informational and educational. We do not provide engineering, architectural, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical consulting.

2. Not a Certified Inspection

The Client acknowledges that QuickScope is not a licensed structural home inspector, building code enforcement official, or certified electrician. Our reports do not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or official declaration of property safety or structural integrity.

3. Non-Invasive Data Collection

Scans are completely non-invasive. We will not peel back drywall, move heavy insulation, or open up electrical panel covers. We are mapping visible surface temperature patterns only.

4. No Repair Recommendations

Any verbal suggestions or written notes in the final PDF report represent broad, common-sense observations. They do not constitute official repair specifications. The Client is entirely responsible for hiring licensed tradespeople to diagnose and execute physical repairs.

5. Limitation of Liability

QuickScope, its owners, and operators shall not be held liable for any missed defects, future water damage, electrical failures, structural issues, or any financial losses resulting from actions the Client takes or fails to take based on the visual data provided.
